NEW for fall 2022! Delegation and Assigning Accountability: Front-Line Leadership Skills
When a star employee is appointed to their first leadership position, they are suddenly expected to know how to delegate tasks, how to monitor others, how to create accountability, and what to do if team members are not performing effectively. This Three-week course provides new leaders with a framework and practical tools that enhance their ability to assign tasks and develop the employees who report to them.
