NEW for fall 2022! Share What You Know: How to Develop a Knowledge Transfer Presentation

Course description

In this one-on-one coaching course, you’ll develop a presentation based on an issue, challenge or opportunity in your workplace, and then you’ll then deliver the presentation to your colleagues. Your coach will teach you how to frame knowledge in ways that help others hear and learn more effectively and will give you valuable tips on how to present in both online and live teaching environments. You’ll practice condensing and structuring your material. Once you and your coach agree that you’re ready to present, you’ll schedule a knowledge-sharing session for your colleagues, such as a lunch-and-learn or a more formal one-hour learning session. Your coach will also provide support at your presentation. Then, you’ll be given feedback so you can go forth and present again whenever the need arises!
