Ontario Aerospace:
Our Heritage, Our Sector and Future-Proofing Your Career
Course description
This course presents an overview of specific notable achievements in Ontario’s aerospace heritage and the key individuals that made them happen. You’ll also learn about the industry’s present-day structure, capabilities, technologies and economic impact, including the wide range of products currently being produced, and aircraft that contain Ontario-made parts and components.
With that aerospace background, you’ll then learn about the major trends occurring in the new and evolving workspace. You’ll review your own relational competencies using a number of powerful competency and interest assessments. This will help illustrate the value of maintaining and enhancing your skills, particularly in the face of COVID-19 and its related effects on the workplace.
